1ST DAY: Arrival in
Athens. Transfer by our representative in Hotel.
2ND DAY:
After breakfast sightseeing in Athens, including visit to the
Acropolis, Parthenon, Erechtheum. Our tour continues by visiting the
Parliament House, the Presidential Palace, the Panathenian Stadium
and the Temple of Olympian Zeus. Free afternoon for leisure and
shopping.
3RD DAY:
After morning departure to Kalambaka. Arrival, visit to the old
Byzantine monasteries, built in the 14th century. Overnight.
4TH DAY:
After morning departure to Delphi. Visit to the archaeological site
and the museum. Then drive through Nafpaktos. Cross by car-ferry
from Antirrion to Rion, drive through Patras and arrival in Olympia.
5TH DAY:
After breakfast visit to the archaeological site, the cradle of the
Olympic Games, and to the museum. Drive to Patras. Evening departure
by boat to Ancona, Italy.
6TH DAY:
Arrival in Ancona. Departure to Florence.
7TH DAY:
After breakfast full sightseeing in Florence, including the
Cathedral of Santa Maria Dei Fiori with Giotto’s Bell Tower, Piazza
del Battistero of St. John, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio,
Palazzo dei Medici. From there we will continue to Piazza
Michelangelo to admire a fantastic view of the city.
8TH DAY:
After breakfast we leave Florence. Our coach passes through three of
the most beautiful Italian regions: Tuscany, Umbria, Latium. Arrival
in Rome. Afternoon visit to the Sistine Chapel and the Santa
Prudenziana Church.
9TH DAY:
After breakfast full sightseeing including visit to the Colosseum,
the Arch of Constantine, the Roman Forum, the Capitol, St. Peter’s
in Chain Church, Old Via Appia. We also make a stop at St. Paul’s
Basilica.
10TH DAY:
Departure from the Hotel to the Airport. |
