1ST DAY: Arrival in
Athens. Transfer by our representative in Hotel.
2ND DAY:
After breakfast sightseeing in Athens, including visit to the
Acropolis, Parthenon, Erechtheum. Our tour continues by visiting the
Parliament House, the Presidential Palace, the Panathenian Stadium
and the Temple of Olympian Zeus. Free afternoon for leisure and
shopping.
3RD DAY:
In the morning we drive via the coastal road of the Saronic Gulf to
Ancient Corinth, passing by the Corinthian Canal. Then we proceed to
Mycenae. Afterwards we visit Nafplio, the first capital of modern
Greece. Then we continue by visiting Epidaurus. There we see the
best preserved ancient Greek theatre of all, easily accommodating
12.000 people. Departure through Patras, arrival in Olympia.
4TH DAY:
After breakfast we visit the archaeological site, the cradle of the
Olympic Games, and the Museum. Afterwards we drive through Patras
and arrive to Rion. We cross by car-ferry to Antirrion and through
the city of Nafpaktos we arrive in Delphi.
5TH DAY:
After breakfast we visit the archaeological site and the Museum.
Then we drive to Kalambaka.
6TH DAY:
After breakfast we visit the old Byzantine Monasteries, built in the
14th century. The we drive through Ioannina and arrive in the port
of Igoumenitsa for our evening departure by boat to Brindisi.
7TH DAY:
In the morning we arrive in Brindisi and depart for Rome. In the
afternoon we visit the Sistine Chapel and the Santa Prudenziana
Church.
8TH DAY:
After breakfast we enjoy a full sightseeing including visit to the
Colosseum, the Arch of Constantine, the Roman Forum, the Capitol, St.
Peter’s in Chain Church, Old Via Appia. We also make a stop at St.
Paul’s Basilica.
9TH DAY: In the morning we leave Rome. Our coach is
headed north, passing through three of the most beautiful Italian
regions, Latium, Umbria and Tuscany and arrives in Florence.
10TH DAY:
After breakfast full sightseeing in Florence, including the
Cathedral of Santa Maria Dei Fiori with Giotto’s Bell Tower, Piazza
del Battistero of St. John, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio,
Palazzo dei Medici. From there we will continue to Piazza
Michelangelo to admire a fantastic view of the city.
11TH DAY:
The morning is free for leisure and shopping. Later on we depart for
Padova. There we visit the St. Anthony Basilica and afterwards we
drive to Mestre.
12TH DAY:
After breakfast we take the vaporetto from Mestre and through the
Grand Canal we arrive in St.Mark’s Square. We visit the Square and
the Basilica of St.Mark, the Doges’ Palace and the Bridge of Sighs.
Afterwards we depart for Milano.
13TH DAY:
After morning we enjoy a full sightseeing in Milano, including the
Duomo Square, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, the Theatre of Scala.
From there we will continue to the Art Gallery of Brera.
14TH DAY:
We transfer to the airport for departure. |
