Greeted by our guide, our tour starts with the visit of the
Alexander the Great Castle from 4th century BC on the PAGOS-Hill
overlooking the whole city and ancient AGORA (the best preserved
Roman Market). Our next stop is the Archaeological Museum with
artcrafts from old Symrna and Ephesus. Proceed to a Clocktower 99
years old, that is the Symbol of Izmir. Drive to Karsiyaka which is
the residential area of the city. Cross back the bay by the boat and
visit KEMERALTI, the old Bazaar with 2001 shops. Our service ends in
your hotel. |
