2- If you do not receive our response within 72 hours, that means the form you have submitted has a
failure to reach our mail servers.

3- All submissions are recorded in our databases and they will be kept as a confidential information.

4- We'd like you to fill all information boxes carefully. We'll consider submitted information to present the
best service for your needs.

5- Please fill the form and submit once. If you are not sure about the delivery of the form, please
contact us or re-submit the form.

6- Your incoming phone calls are welcomed, however we can not guarantee to return you by making phone
calls as we receive so many messages. All reservation processes are held as written texts, no oral confirmation is accepted.
