Clinton and Hillary walked around hand in hand
and they seemed very happy. During a small break, President was so
comfortable that he took his jacket off ! A USA President at Ephesus,
year 1999 A D !… MR. Clinton and Chelsea are at the Ephesus. The guide
found him very modest and warm and added that he couldn't believe he was
the president of the most powerful country
in the world. Chelsea took many photographs of this beautiful ancient
city.
The Clintons couldn't avoid their admiration. They expressed their feelings by saying: 'Beautiful, unbelievable and charming!'… |

SPLENDID: We are so grateful to Chelsea as she and her mother visited Turkey before and they convinced Clinton to visit Turkey too. Chelsea who is a 22 year old girl attends Stanford University; she will graduate from the university in 2001. Being a very modest and a very well educated Young girl, she was admired in Turkey. Chelsea made Ephesus to be known by the whole world. So, we thank her a lot ! THANKS CHELSEA ! While leaving Turkey she promised she will come to Turkey again to see TROY in Dardanelles. |

A PRESENT FOR THE PRESIDENT: President Clinton was given a crystal cross, a Virgin Mary figure and a small Jesus Christ statue by a gift shop owner there and he accepted the presents with thanks. The Clintons became pilgrims there. They were also sanctified at Virgin Mary's house. After the ceremony, they said it was a great pleasure for them to be at Ephesus and to breath the beautiful atmosphere there. |
